Description

Unofficial practice exams for the PMP® certification, written for the PMP Examination Content Outline (ECO) that took effect in July 2026. Use them after your prep course to find out whether you are ready, and where you are not.

What you get

  • Two full-length exams of 180 questions each, timed at 240 minutes like the real exam. That is 360 original questions, and none is repeated between the exams.

  • Each exam follows the ECO weights: People 33%, Process 41% and Business Environment 26%, with about 40% predictive and 60% agile or hybrid scenarios.

  • You will also practise multiple-response questions (the question tells you how many to choose) and multi-question case studies, plus current topics in the ECO such as AI in projects, sustainability and governance.

  • Explanations that teach: every option has its own explanation, so you see why the best answer is best and why each other option falls short in that situation. Each overall explanation starts with the ECO domain, task and delivery approach, and lists the PMI publications it draws on, such as the ECO, the PMI Lexicon of Project Management Terms and the PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. Your results are shown by domain, so you can see your weak areas at a glance.

How to use them

While you study, open an exam in practice mode, choose one domain and check each answer as you go. In your last one to two weeks, sit each exam in exam mode in one go to build pacing and stamina. Retake as often as you like, and review every explanation, not only the questions you missed.

Quality: every question went through an independent blind review that answers it without seeing the key and checks it against PMI's published sources, and it was checked for answer giveaways such as the correct option always being the longest. If you disagree with an answer, ask in the Q&A and I will look at it.

Please note: Udemy practice tests support single-answer and multiple-response questions only; the real exam also uses other formats, such as matching, drag and drop, point and click and pull-down lists. The 70% pass mark is our own readiness guide, not PMI's passing score, and no practice test can guarantee a result. This course does not provide contact hours or PDUs.
